1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jb8 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jb8 website, mobile site, games, promotions, payment services and any other features made available by jb8 to players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jb8, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with jb8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the jb8 platform.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of jb8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. jb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person and must not register on behalf of any company, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing jb8 from Bangladesh. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited are not eligible to register or play.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jb8 or by any other gambling operator or regulatory scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of a jb8 employee, director, affiliate, subsidiary or technology partner.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of jb8 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free. Each player may hold only one active account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited without notice.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and a valid email address. All information must be accurate and current at all times.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal. jb8 accepts standard Bangladesh national identity documents including NID cards and passport.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up to date. jb8 is not liable for any loss arising from communications sent to outdated contact details.
• jb8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jb8 login credentials. jb8 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

• Notify jb8 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. jb8 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• jb8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending a security investigation without prior notice where suspicious activity is detected.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

jb8 accepts deposits via Bangladesh-approved payment channels. Deposits credit to your jb8 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit is ৳50. jb8 charges no deposit fees; your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete on the player's account. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. jb8 charges no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

• Verified accounts have withdrawals processed within 24 hours of submission.
• jb8 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal as a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Funds deposited via an unverified payment method cannot be withdrawn to a different payment method. jb8 may return unverified funds to the original source.
• Withdrawals requested while an active bonus wagering requirement is unmet will be queued and processed once the requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses credit to the bonus wallet and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any portion transfers to the real money wallet and becomes withdrawable.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the stated wagering requirement on any winnings generated before those funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address and per payment method unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. jb8 may void bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering or system exploitation is identified.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Bets on live sports events count 100% toward the wagering requirement. Bets on certain high-RTP slots or restricted game categories may count at a reduced rate or not at all. 6Responsible Gaming

jb8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. jb8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible at any time from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly limits configurable by the player. Reductions take effect immediately; increases apply after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits — configurable caps on losses within a defined period, preventing spending beyond the player's stated budget.
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify the player when a specified session duration has elapsed.

• Permanent self-exclusion — close your account permanently. This action is irreversible. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after processing.

jb8 will not send promotional offers or bonus communications to any player with an active self-exclusion or active deposit limit. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jb8 platform. A breach of any of the following provisions will entitle jb8 to suspend or terminate the offending account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, and forfeit all bonus balances. jb8 may also pursue legal remedies where applicable.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jb8, including under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games or circumvent platform security measures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source. jb8 is required by applicable regulations to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or malfunctions in platform software or game engines to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets in a manner unfair to jb8 or to other players.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with jb8 support or compliance processes.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the jb8 platform — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jb8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any jb8 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or otherwise exploit any jb8 content without the prior written consent of jb8. Unauthorised use of jb8 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jb8's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform or any services provided by jb8 shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jb8 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use or inability to use the jb8 platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where jb8 has operated its security systems in accordance with reasonable industry standards.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, game results or odds displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain a technical error. jb8 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneously displayed odds or results.

10Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jb8 applies SSL encryption to all data transmission between your device and the jb8 platform. 11Amendments to These Terms

jb8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. 12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jb8 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their use of jb8 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and jb8 arising from these Terms or from use of the platform, the player should first contact jb8 support at [email protected] and allow jb8 a reasonable opportunity (not less than 14 days) to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any formal legal remedy. jb8 is committed to resolving player disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
